NCSP 315: Exploring Watercolor (Grades 9-12) $385.00
Location: St. Paul's Campus. Grades 9-12: In this class students explore the beautiful, fluid, transparent, and layered world of watercolor painting. Students will explore the various elements of working with water based paints and inks including guash, watercolor, sumi ink, and brush painting. Using still life, landscape, plants, and figures, students will investigate ways to communicate space, value, and tone. We will explore monocromatic and color theory based works to develop a fluency with the medium and explore linework through pen and ink and brush painting.
